I didn't realise how bad my forward head posture was until I went to a chiropractor. I felt the benefits of chiropractic care within a week...

Years of forward head posture, will it take years to relearn?

Okay but real talk — My brain automatically assumed the image on the left was the "before." So I’ve spent the last two minutes earnestly trying to stick my neck forward like a confused turtle at a job interview.

It’s not even their fault. It’s just… my dumb head and decades of reading left-to-right transformation arcs.

Please clarify: Do I retract the neck? Or fully commit to swan-mode?

Bummer! I have bad leg due to cerebral palsy and it's shorter than my right.. So trying to fix my posture is impossible..

Go to Good Feet and get some orthotics.

Your foot has muscles and sensory receptors that need to stay active to keep your arch strong and responsive. When you wear traditional orthotics, they do the work for your foot. That means your arch muscles stop firing as much, and over time, they become weaker and more reliant on that external support. To truly restore foot function, you need stimulation not support.
